Why is my Alicia Moka machine displaying the message "H2O"?

The H2O message appears on the display when:

  • There is no water in the boiler. In this case fill the boiler and the indicator will disappear.
  • The mocha is not correctly assembled on the the base: ensure that the boiler is properly positioned on the base.
  • The operation has been restarted when the boiler is still too hot. Allow the machine to cool completely and then restart.
